• A single point of contact dedicated to your project from inception to successful completion.
• Monthly HR Roundtable meetings, providing opportunities to hear speakers on pertinent industry topics, as well as opportunities to network with other local companies.
• Wage and Benefit survey updated every three years for all local industries that wish to participate.
• Assistant with employee hiring through job advertisements on social media, network sharing as well as an annual in person career/job fair hosted by LMAEDA with free access for local companies.
